You may have had an inclination that the CIA was monitoring your activity on Facebook, your emails, and practically everything you do online. Your Google searches can be monitored by government. This we pretty much knew. Congress has finally gathered enough approval to pass a bill that will make it legal for them to do so. CISPA will kill the internet.

This will lead to complete censorship in all freedoms of the last phase of democracy — the internet. The individual rights of Americans are at stake here.

Goodbye to privacy literally means goodbye to freedom. CISPA is a red flag to the people of America.

HR 3523 was introduced on November 30, 2011 by U.S. Representative Michael Rogers (R-MI). and 111 co-sponsors.

Should you be worried about this latest bill? You had better, because this Cybersecurity Bill will be the same thing that airports are doing to citizens that travel. The NSA will check and scan your online baggage without you knowing it. This is a greater invasion of privacy than the airports.

There are over 800 companies that are supporting CISCA. This almost makes it certain that the bill will get passed with ease.

This means that government will waste millions of dollars policing the internet, only to appease powerful corporations, and in return, those same companies gain immunity from government scrutiny. Selling data to government is more revenue to tech companies. But it won’t be if the internet is totally abandoned.

The United States Congress has sent a clear message to the people — your data online is no longer private and secure. CISPA will be the final death blow to the internet if it is passed.

Many have signed a petition against this bill.

Approved — The final hurdle in Nik Wallenda’s quest to walk across Niagara Falls on a high-wire has been cleared. New York Senator Maziarz has welcomed Nik to Niagara Falls to begin the next phase of the planning process. A deal has been approved with the Niagara Commission in Canada as well. The show must go on.

Senator Maziarz went on to say (at a news conference): It was about three years ago when Nik Wallenda walked into my office, not very far from here actually, and told me about his dream of walking a tightrope across the Niagara Gorge. And I said — Nik you have to understand — this has not been done since the 1850′s. It’s outlawed on both sides of the border. It’s a long, trying process to get it changed. I never thought, to be honest with you, that we would get it done in this three year period.

Nik Wallenda’s high-wire walk will put Niagara Falls in the international spotlight in a positive way. Without a doubt, this will become one of the most highly anticipated events in the world, in 2012.

Wallenda told BBC News in an interview: “My dream is to walk into the mist, disappear, and walk out the other end,” he said.

On June 30, 1859, Charles Blondin, a name synonymous with tightrope, made history. Blondin crossed the gorge below Niagara Falls on a tightrope, 1100 feet (335 m) long, 3¼ inches in diameter, 160 feet (50 m) above the water.

And get this — he did it blindfolded, in a sack, trundling a wheelbarrow, on stilts, carrying a man (his manager, Harry Colcord) on his back, sitting down midway while he cooked and ate an omelet and standing on a chair with only one chair leg on the rope.

That’s going to be a hard act to follow.

Be prepared to hear the Trayvon Martin case that has shocked the nation. This tragic story has already caused a million person march and more can be expected to come. The teenager in suburban Orlando was shot and killed on February 26, 2012. Here is a timeline of the events provided by ABC News.

George Zimmerman made a controversial 911 call and told the dispatcher that some guy looked suspicious in the neighborhood. Zimmerman was supposedly the neighborhood watch captain. It is widely known that Zimmerman pursued Martin even after he had been told not to. Zimmerman’s story doesn’t sound credible at all, but judge for yourself.

There is eyewitness video of a neighbor stating that Zimmerman did not shoot in self defense. It is popular consensus that Zimmerman shot and murdered seventeen-year-old Martin at will, without a clear defense.

The case was initially published on ABC, and video can be found on the website.

In this very disturbing video, you can hear the young Trayvon Martin screaming for help. You can hear the gunshot being fired. Be warned ahead of time, because the audio is dramatic and hard to listen to.

It’s hard to believe Zimmerman’s story that the young kid was causing trouble when you can hear his dying screams on the footage. Zimmerman looks to be bigger in size than Martin and he is twenty eight years old.

Martin was on a cell phone with a 16-year-old girl right up until he was attacked by Zimmerman. The girl says she believes that Martin was pushed by someone, because the cell phone was knocked out of his hands just prior to the shooting.

What has caused public uproar is the fact that Zimmerman has not been jailed, and many people believe that Zimmerman killed the unarmed teenager in cold blood. There have been rallies and petitions demanding justice.

Obama’s New Law Makes Free Speech Illegal

The Anti-Protest bill that was signed on Thursday, March 8, 2012, by President Barack Obama, makes it a federal offense to protest near government buildings and grounds, as well as any location where any politician or foreign dignitary protected by the Secret Service is visiting, or at any “special event of national significance.”

H.R. 347 is the bill that gives federal agents the authority to conveniently arrest and bring felony charges to protesters under certain conditions, especially when the secret service is present.

This means that if you are protesting and the government even suspects that you are near secret service officials, you will be committing a felony. This literally takes part of the free speech out of the first amendment. The United States government will now be issuing NO FREE SPEECH ZONES. Imagine what Benjamin Franklin would say if he were alive today?

Judge Andrew Napolitano, a Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst, reports that the H.R. 347 bill was passed overwhelmingly by both parties. This will allow the secret service to determine what is a no free speech zone. Also, he makes another valid point here: secret service protection can be given to anybody in government, which provides them with the advantage.

[Shhh. Nothing from the media.]

Three Congress members who voted against it
1. RON PAUL R- TX
2. PAUL BROUN R-GA
3. JUSTIN AMASH R-MI

Obama Begs Iranian Officials to Give Him The Toy Plane

An RQ-170 Sentinel went down in eastern Iran near the end of last year.
The Iranian government has stated that it will not return the drone to U.S. authorities. Iranian TV has video footage of the drone in captivity.

On December 4, 2011, reports stated that the Iranian Army’s electronic warfare unit had downed an RQ-170 that violated Iranian airspace along its eastern border by overriding the plane’s controls and capturing the lightly damaged UAV.

A startling report from Newsy reads the following: Iran Says It Can Control US Drone. The report also remarked that President Barack Obama has asked Iranian officials to give the toy back. The RQ-170 Sentinel just happens to be the most sophisticated drone that hails from America. The technology is what Iran and other countries around the globe are seeking. This is a significant setback for the CIA.

Ever since the 1970′s, America has longed for regime change in Iran. It’s been suspected that U.S. special forces have been deployed in Iran within the last year. Unlike Libya, Iran is a vast country and reports claim that if threatened, Iran will use effective weapons to retaliate.

No weapons of mass destruction have yet been found in Iran.

And if the talk of U.S. spy planes and war with Iran doesn’t have your heart racing at this point, then consider this. Congress has passed legislation that will make it easier for the U.S. to fly spy planes over American skies.

Has government crossed the line with technology? Are we moving into an electronic concentration camp society?

Twenty Year Old Florida Woman In A Coma After Being Tasered By Florida State Trooper

Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Daniel Cole tasered 20-year-old Danielle Maudsley in September. Subsequently, months later, she is in a coma and considered brain dead. Doctors have said that it is unlikely that Maudsley will ever wake up.

Officer Cole has been cleared of any charges.

A Tampa Bay Times report described the situation:

Maudsley, 20, clutched her head and struggled to rise. “I can’t get up,” she moaned, her final words.

But several experts and researchers who reviewed reports and video of the incident said the case raises questions.

They are troubled that Cole tasered Maudsley, a suspect in two hit-and-run crashes who had drugs in her system, while she was handcuffed. They also noted that Cole was just steps behind Maudsley when he fired the Taser.

“It just doesn’t make any sense,” said Greg Connor, a professor at the University of Illinois Police Training Institute who specializes in use of force. “I don’t see where it’s going to be that hard to apprehend her.”

Cole, who at 267 pounds weighed about three times as much as Maudsley, told investigators he used his Taser because he was concerned one or both of them would be injured if he tackled her. He worried she was headed toward heavy traffic on U.S. 19.

The human rights organization Amnesty International called this week for stricter limits on Taser use after an intoxicated Georgia man died hours after police shot him with one. The group believes there should be a national policy on Taser use.

Florida has had 65 Taser-related deaths since 2001, the second highest total behind California, which had 92.

Before and after pictures of Danielle can be viewed at the DailyMail.

Its most common form is used in polycarbonate plastics, which include: baby and water bottles, sports equipment, medical and dental devices, dental fillings and sealants, eyeglass lenses, CDs and DVDs, and household electronics.

Epoxy resins containing Bisphenol A are used as coatings on the inside of almost all food and beverage cans. Unfortunately, high levels have been discovered in soup cans and canned green beans; even brand names like Campbell Soup and Progresso.

The recent report also stated that the FDA will decide soon whether or not to ban BPA from all food and beverage packaging in the U.S. Let’s hope that the right thing is done.

December 2011

A study by researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health indicates that BPA used in the lining of food cans is absorbed by the food and then ingested by consumers. The experiment involved 75 participants, half of whom ate a lunch of canned vegetable soup for five days, followed by five days of fresh soup; the other half did the same experiment in reverse order. “The analysis revealed that when participants ate the canned soup they experienced more than a 1,000 percent increase in their urinary concentrations of BPA, compared to when they dined on fresh soup.”
