March 24, 2009 – Rep. Maxine Waters hammers Secretary Geithner about his connections with Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) at a House banking hearing. Other GS ex employees in government: Hank Paulson, Mark Patterson, Bob Rubin, and still counting (CNN YouTube).
July 3, 2009 – Former Assistant Secretary of Treasury, and nationally syndicated columnist for Creators Syndicate, Dr. Paul Craig Roberts said in an interview (YouTube) that Geithner works for Goldman Sachs.
Aug 27, 2009 - Wall Street Journal Deputy Managing Editor Alan Murray interviews Tim Geithner with questions from Digg.com (RonPaul.com). Geithner claims that he was never employed, received any stocks, or payment from GS. However, Geithner has worked closely with employees of GS.
Oct 14, 2009 – Geithner’s closest friends earns millions of dollars a year(Bloomberg).
Oct 29, 2009 – Backdoor bailout to AIG was actually aimed at Goldman Sachs, Societe Generale SA, Deutsche Bank AG , Merrill Lynch, etc. Decisions were made by Feds (then Pres. Geithner), rather than AIG (Bloomberg).
Nov 19, 2009 – NBC Nightly News: Congressional Republicans issued a blistering review of the Obama administration’s economic policies Thursday and suggested Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner should lose his job.
